River City Venom - Mission Statement

The purpose of this non-profit organization, RCV, shall be to promote competitive girls

fast-pitch softball.  These efforts will promote a positive competitive attitude, physical fitness

and sportsmanship while instilling self confidence, character and respect for both teammates and opponents, as well as integrity in both victory and defeat.  We will provide a positive environment to allow girls to participate in multi-sports or activities while building character and self-respect.  We will develop our girls both on and off the field to learn real life skills through our work with charitable organizations. Through this philosophy, RCV shall ensure that each player has the opportunity to build self-confidence both physically and emotionally by participating in team activity.  A key component to accomplishing this goal is through our demonstrations of good character by our Coaches and adult volunteers.
